Return Policy

RETURNS
TrendzVillage accepts returns for exchange or store credit ONLY. Returns must be requested via email to Support@TrendzVillage.com within 5 business days of the delivery receipt date.
*No returns or exchanges are allowed on Final Sale items (Clearance).
International returns - The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund.
All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE DISCLAIMER TAG REMAINS ATTACHED. All of each and any returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item?
All returns require a valid Return Authorization Form (RAF). You can request your RAF by emailing us at: Support@TrendzVillage.com. For your request please be sure to include order# and full name on the purchase.
Once RAF is received you can use the Shipping label included in with your purchase. A deduction of $25.00 will be taken, if you use the provided shipping label.
How will my return be processed?
Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 10 to 14 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and the customer may be charged a $80 rejection fee.
What Happens If My Shipment Is Refused/Cannot Be Delivered?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to TrendzVillage and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
Below are some examples of why we don't take returns.
EXAMPLES
The following items cannot be returned:
- Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact.
- Undergarments + Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken or pierced.
- Footwear, Dresses and Suits
- Faced coverings if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
- Jewelry if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where it is over the date of expiration
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature are inseparably mixed with other items
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
